Carolina Shag DVD's - ballroom dance instruction!

Also called beach music dancing, the Carolina shag is a popular swing dance in the southeast region of the United States. It's a smooth, slotted swing dance similar to west coast swing. It's normally danced to "beach music" oldies and to "jump blues." Every major city in the southeast has a shag club.
