At check out, you are also presented with the option to use PayPal. You need not

The Dance Store ships exclusively through the United States Postal Service.
Shipping Rates
The shipping fee is on a per order basis. So, regardless of how many DVD's or CD's
you order, you pay the same small fee.
- All orders within the United States: $3.75
- All Canadian orders: $5.00
- All orders from other countries: $7.00
Shipping Schedule
- Credit Card
Credit card orders are processed quickly and shipments go out right away, usually the same day that the order is placed.
- Personal checks
Product is generally shipped 4 business days after receipt of order.
- Cashier's check or money order
Product is generally shipped the next business day after receipt of order.
NOTE: This does not mean that you will receive the videos within this period. See Delivery Schedule below.
Delivery Schedule
- US Shipments
Most U.S. shipments are sent by first class mail and take no more than 6 days to reach you from the time they leave our door.
- Canadian Shipments
Canadian shipments are sent USPS Air Mail. Shipments are usually delayed (at the border) at least 12 days to clear Canadian Customs. Please do not expect to receive merchandise in less than three weeks. There seems to be no way to speed this process.

Ordering
Purchases can be made as listed above except that personal checks are not accepted and money orders must be made in US Dollars.
Shipping
In all cases, shipment is by USPS Air Mail.
Video Player Compatibility
Our DVD’s are commercially manufactured and they are compatible with all regions and with almost all DVD players.
Unlike most DVD's, which use region restriction codes, all region codes are enabled on our discs. So, our DVD's are playable in all regions.
Our videos are produced in the NTSC video format, but nearly all PAL DVD players will read NTSC DVDs and all modern PAL televisions can display this signal.
Computer Playback—Any computer that can play a DVD can play all video formats, including both PAL and NTSC.
Play Back Guarantee—If our videos fail to play properly, we will provide an immediate refund upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Note: this has never happened. We ship hundreds of DVDs to Europe every year and we never hear of a player compatibility problem.
Duties/Import Taxes
The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import duties and tariffs. Please do not request that any merchandise be declared as a gift, etc. to avoid these duties and tariffs. We follow the law.
Special Note to Canadian Customers
These videos will be subject to Canada's Goods and Services Tax (GST) of seven percent. The GST is calculated after customs duties have been applied. You will also have to pay the applicable Canadian Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or Quebec Sales Tax (QST). In Canadian provinces with a Harmonized Sales Tax (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador), you'll be charged a flat 15 percent, rather than separate GST and PST.
Customs Brokers Fees
Postal services use customs brokers to get packages processed through Canada Customs at the Canadian border. Fees for that service will be passed along to you. Canada Post automatically applies a $5.00 processing fee for each package to clear Canada Customs.
